House and Heart
When Isis Masson opened La Capital Medical Center in Hialeah, her husband Ruben saw something that changed him. He saw what happens after a patient walks out the clinic door.
Insurance covers the surgery. It covers the medications. It covers the therapy. But it doesn’t cover the ride to the grocery store. It doesn’t cover someone to sit with you at dinner so you don’t eat alone. It doesn’t cover the human care that makes life worth living.
That’s why Ruben founded Casa Y Corazón — House and Heart. Casa is the home where our members live and where we help them stay. Corazón is the heart we bring to every visit, every call, every grocery bag we carry through their door.
Our Mission
Casa Y Corazón Foundation provides personalized, non-medical concierge and daily living support services to individuals of all ages whose physical disabilities, chronic conditions, or health-related limitations make it difficult to manage everyday life independently. We serve Miami-Dade County with planned expansion to Broward and Palm Beach.
Our Approach

Casa Y Corazón is affiliated with La Capital Medical Center in Hialeah. The medical center provides clinical care. We provide everything else. Two organizations, one shared mission: keeping people safe, healthy, and independent in their own homes.
